East detective Division is looking to identify and locate the suspects wanted for theft/Fraud in Richmond.
On October 2, 2014, the complainant, a 42 year-old female, reported that her wallet containing credit cards and identification were missing from her purse. A short time later at 6:12 pm, on the same date, an unknown male and female were captured on surveillance video making purchases using the complainants credit cards at a Target Store located at 2701 Castor Avenue.
Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black female, wearing a tan waist length jacket, sunglasses on top of head, dark colored pants, and tan boots.
Suspect #2: Black male, wearing a black Chicago Bulls cap, black jacket, white t-shirt, and blue jeans.
