On Thursday, January 12, 2017, at 6:40 pm, the victim, a 5 year-old female, along with her mother, were walking east on the 1600 block of Knorr Street. After crossing the intersection at Large Street an unknown black male attempted to pull the victim from her mother before fleeing on the the area on foot in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: Black male, 40 years-of-age, 5,7″, clean shaven, thin build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and a black hat.
