Southwest Detective Division is looking to identify and locate the suspect who robbed the Christian Grocery in Cobbs Creek.
On September 25, 2014, at 7:45 am, an employee, a 41 year-old male, of Christian Grocery located at 5736 Christian Street was behind the counter when an unknown male entered the store. The suspect immediately approached the counter and pulled a handgun pointing it at the employee demanding money from the cash register. After the employee handed the the suspect an unknown amount of money, the suspect fled the store on foot and was last seen east bound on Christian Street towards 57th Street.
Suspect Description: Black male, 18-22 years-of-age, 5'8"-5'10", thin build, light complected, distinctive "W" tattoo on top of right hand, wearing a white hooded jacket, dark colored pants, and tan work boots.
