Throughout Dragon Ball Super, we have received several clues pointing that the Grand Priest, a.k.a. Daishinkan, is the real Omni king. He is the father to Whis and Vados and potentially the referee for the upcoming Space Survival Arc. I think his big secret will be revealed during that arc.
